The Perfactory® 4 is the latest generation of 3 Dimensional additive manufacturing system form EnvisionTEC. Using a state of the art WUXGA projection system which offers our largest build area with excellent quality.

This is achieved without losing resolution or speed. In fact up to 130 rings can be built with a 50 micron resolution in X and Y in and incredible 1 hour 50 mins!

There are no limits to geometric complexity as long as it has been designed in a 3D CAD program. The machine is delivered and installed with all relevant software to anable automatic support generation and perfact model production.

The Perfactory® 4 can be run with multiple materials. A choice of 15 different resins can be used with the machine. Change over between materials can be done in a few minutes with an interchangeable basement. These resins range from wax filled for direct casting to ceramic filled with smooth surface finish for hot rubber and silicone molding.

Resolution and surface finish remains constant over the entire build area due to patented technology besed on voxelisation.
