The Perfactory® 3 Mini Multi Lens (MML) with ERM can be used for jewelry, accessories or toy industries due to its large build area and high precision. Fitted with the Enhanced Resolution Module (ERM), this enables resolutions down to 16 microns in the X and Y. The micro mechanics can achieve in Z as little as 15 microns (material dependent), making it one of the highest resolution systems in the industry.
This accuracy does not come at the sacrifice of speed. The Mini MML can build up to 40 rings in 5-7 hours as the DLP process cures all parts simultaneously, The build speed is constant regardless of quantity or complexity of parts (only the dynamic Z voxel will affect this).
This resolution is transferred into the highest quality surface finishes achievable by any rapid manufacturing process. This is just one of the reasons this machine is a firm customer favorite.
There are on limits to geometric complexity as long as it has been designed in a 3D CAD program. The machines are delivered and installed with all relevant software to enable automatic support generation and perfect model production.
A choice of 15 different resins can be used with the machine. Change over between materials can be done in a few minutes with and interchangeable basement. These resins range form wax filled for direct castings to ceramic filled with smooth surface finish for hot rubber and silicone molding.
Resolution and surface finish remains constant over the entire build area due to patented technology based on voxelisation.
